My name is Tony Dube, and I’m the inventor of the Comfort Toes Bedding System™. My journey to creating this product began years ago with a painful injury. During a racquetball tournament, I tore my big toenail off, and the weight of sheets and blankets at night made the pain unbearable. To find relief, I designed a preliminary version of what would eventually become the Comfort Toes Bedding System™. This early version included a wedge or pocket at the foot end of the bedding to alleviate the pressure on my injured foot. Although I returned to traditional bedding once my foot healed, I kept the original drawings in mind.

In the summer of 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, I discovered Pickleball and quickly became passionate about the game. Playing several times a week, sometimes for hours on end, put a new strain on my aging feet. The discomfort from the weight of bedding at night became a recurring issue, so I decided to revisit my old idea. I bought a sewing machine and began refining my design, experimenting with various iterations to create a practical and elegant solution.

The Comfort Toes Bedding System™ is designed to relieve foot pain by reducing the pressure from sheets and blankets. It not only helps soothe sore and tired feet but may also aid in managing pressure sores, diabetic neuropathy, arthritis, sports injuries and post-surgical recovery.

Word about my invention spread among my Pickleball friends, who were eager to try it for themselves. Their feedback and my continued experimentation led to a version of the Comfort Toes Bedding System™, which I’m excited to share with others seeking relief and comfort.
